• Deliver Singing Telegrams this Valentine Season
• Men who sing are invited to join Chorus of the Old Dominion for its annual popular delivery of Singing Valentines Feb. 11-14. The all-male chorus delivers surprise performances to loved ones at work, homes, restaurants, etc. Music memorization (2 or 3 short songs) and singing on pitch and in small groups is required.
• Rehearsals at 7:30 p.m. each Thursday (starting in January) at Leesburg United Methodist Church, 107 W. Market St., Leesburg.
• Valentine's Day (Feb. 14 and possibly parts of weekend prior to Valentine's Day (Feb. 11 and 12). Participation in performances subject to individual schedules.

• Exciting News for the Arts! Leesburg Public Arts Task Force invites visual artists to participate in the launch of Leesburg's newly created Arts & Culture District. The celebration will be scheduled in conjunction with a Leesburg First Friday early in 2012. Artists may bring easels and paints or other mediums and join others as they paint the town. • Arts Advisory Committee Needs Members!
• Artists interested in serving on the Loudoun County Art Advisory committee may direct a letter of interest to the Board of Supervisors Office, 1 Harrison Street SE, Fifth Floor, P.O. Box 7000, Leesburg, Virginia 20177-7000 or by e-mail bos@loudoun.gov. The committee meets monthly, and its duties are to act as custodian for the County's art collection, oversee long and short term art loans, maintain all records pertaining to the collection, and plan exhibits.
