The Loudoun Arts Council is for everyone who cares about our artistic and cultural community. Our Board of Directors and members are passionate arts supporters working toward an increasingly vibrant and vital arts scene in Loudoun County. We invite you to join our community.

Step One: Choose Your Membership Level

Choose from several levels of annual membership, to align your participation with your resources as well as your passion for the arts and the level of community visibility you prefer. For example, a student may choose Basic membership, a professional arts organization may be a Partner, and a corporate sponsor or foundation may be a Patron. Note: Any member may choose to be anonymous and elect not to be listed in our arts directory.

Subscription to Happenings, our monthly arts newsletter
Opportunity to post news, events, and opportunities in Happenings
A basic listing in the Loudoun Arts Directory (your name, contact information, and a short narrative)
An enhanced listing in the directory (greater visibility, a longer narrative, and optional images)  
Eligibilty for promotion in our Member Spotlights    
The option to include a "badge" for your organization for your members to include in their Loudoun Arts Directory listings (for example, Loudoun Sketch Club Member, CHAT Artist, or WLAST Tour Stop)      
Invitation to Loudoun Arts Partners Events (twice annually)      
Name, logo, and website link on our site and in each Happenings email newsletter        

Step Two: Complete Your Membership Form

After deciding on a membership level, please complete and submit our online membership form (which will open in a separate window), then continue to Step Three to submit your payment and complete your application.

If you are a renewing member, unless your contact information or Loudoun Arts Directory information has changed you do not need to complete the membership form again — simply proceed to Step Three below to submit your payment.

If you are joining at or upgrading to a membership level that includes an enhanced listing in the Loudoun Arts Directory, we will follow up with you to get the necessary information to create and publish your enhanced listing.

If you are renewing and your directory listing needs changes for any other reason, please email us for assistance.

Step Three: Submit Your Payment

To pay using a credit or debit card, please enter your membership amount, then click the PayPal button below (no PayPal account needed):

If you would prefer to pay in installments or set up an automatic monthly or annual donation plan, or if you'd like to receive an invoice or pay by credit card over the phone, please contact us. You can also pay using Venmo, the Cash App, a Zelle payment sent to info@loudounarts.org, your bank's online bill payment service, or by check.
