John Rolfe Gardiner, novelist and short story writer, is an honorary member of the Mark Twain Society and winner of the Wallace award for fiction. His short stories have appeared in The New Yorker, American Scholar, American Short Fiction, Best American Short Stories, the O Henry Prize volume and many other publications.
